Hello,
I have one question about the rent of August. I will arrive in September. I would like to know when I need to pay the rent of August: during August by Internet or something like that or the arrival day in September where I will pay 2 months rent.

If you arrive during the first week of September you do not need to pay the rent in advance of your arrival.

You need to pay it as soon as possible upon arrival and then you will need to pay both for August and September.

If you arrive even later than the first week of September you need to pay in advance or risk overdue fines. I will then scan your bill and email it to you.

It is very important that you inform us about your late arrival. Check the "welcome letter'' that applies to you for more and updated information, links below.
