About your LTU username and what if it does not work

When you arrive in Luleå you will receive a LTU username and password. This gives you access to computers and the wireless network at the university as well as the student portal. The student portal is the page where you check your LTU email, do course registration and more.
Before you can start using any of this you need to activate your username. To do this you login once at the student portal. You will be meet by a page displaying the terms which you need to accept. Then you are done.
If you are unable to login you should contact ITS Servicedesk. You find them inside the university library in building B.
