Formal Clothes
Do I need to take any formal clothes for a half-year stay? Are formal clothes obligatory during exams etc? I'm asking because of my 20kg weight limit of baggage..

Re: Formal Clothes
No formal clothes are required.
However in Sweden we dress up when going out and there will be some dinners for which you might want to dress up a bit. No need to bring a suit if you don't want to but I do recommend you to bring shirt, trousers (not jeans) and most importantly shoes (not trainers or sneakers) to wear at dinners.
Jeans and sneakers (not trainers) are fine when going to a bar or nightclub.
