I'm arriving outside of the arrival week. Should I fill out the arrival form anyway?

Yes, everyone should fill out the arrival form. If you don't fill it out we will think you're not coming and cancel your accommodation on the first day of the orientation period.

If you fill out that you are arriving before or after our arrival week there is additional information in the forum about how to get to the university and where to meet us.

Hi, when will be available the arrival form for the spring semester? The information at the section 'Welcome spring semester students' is updated for spring semester 2015?
