late arrival

Hey there.

Just wanted to ask if the conditions for the 'special appointment' are still valid.
A friend of mine and I will arrive on the 15th August at the airport at 17:35.
We'd take a taxi to the university after our arrival.

I just wanted to know if it's possible for us, to get our keys in the office or if we have to take a hotel that night.

I'll arrive after the arrival week, the 23rd of August at 15:00 at Luleå airport. Will the LURC office be open to pick up the keys ? Do I have to make a special appointment ?

After the arrival week our office will be open Monday to Friday 10:00 to 17:00 until the start of the semester. After the arrival week we will in general have two times every day when we meet new students. One in the morning at 10:00 and one in the afternoon between 14:00 and 16:30 depending on when the most students are arriving that day. The morning time is mainly for the students that arrived the evening before.

If you arrive in the evening you will need to stay at a hotel or hostel. Information available at VisitLuleå.

Our office is closed during the semester. If you arrive once the semester starts you need to make an appointment.
