What if the date or time of my arrival change?

There is no need to be exact when you fill out the Application for accommodation but having an approximate date helps us plan the arrival week. Later when you do know the exact details of your arrival you fill out the Arrival form and if something change you can always fill it out again. We will always consider your last entry.
