Why your neighbour might have curtains, shower curtain and lightbulbs in their apartment when you don't?

Curtains are not included in the rooms, only a curtain rail. Cheap curtains you find at the Red Cross Second Hand Store.

Shower curtain and light bulbs are not included either. A shower curtain you can find at Clas Ohlson. Light bulbs you find at the nearest supermarket or Clas Ohlson.

If you have these things in your room/apartment it means they have been left there by previous tenants.
